Pathway 2 of 4
Junior Academy
For players who have already played organised football, from 4v4 up to 9v9. Foundation skills, passing, control and a lot of games, in a team of their own.

How it works
Players join an age group team, usually by year of birth, and train with the same coaches and team-mates every week. Teams play in local leagues and festivals appropriate to their age, moving from 4v4 through 5v5, 7v7 and 9v9 as they get older.
Who it's for
- Players aged six to twelve who have played organised small-sided football
- Players moving up from our Pre-Academy programme
- Boys' and girls' teams at every age
Not played competitively yet?
If your child is five to eight and has only played at school, start with Pre-Academy. Players move into a Junior Academy team when it suits their development.
Parents and coaches have a huge influence in these years. We appreciate every bit of it.
